May 18 is a special day for Palawan Real Property, it’s the day of their Chief Operating Officer Jonabe Docto, her birthday, and she deserve a special events to culminate the occasion and to highlights a Palawan based real estate brokerage company who now turn a developer.
The first major activity they held was to award Raven Doctor, the reigning Miss Palawan Universe her prize, the 80 square meter lot located in Samantha Ville in Brgy. Tagburos, the said prize is worth P1.2 million.
According to the lady CEO, this is the first time they award a local beauty Queen whooping worth of prizes, they usually sponsor cash prizes in the past, and they see the timing is perfect to give it to a local achiever.
“Ito yung nakita nating opportunity na puede nating ibigay sa ating mga kababayan na deserving, especially doon sa Miss Palawan Universe, I think this will empower the contestant na manalo sila at the same time deserving sila, parang national competition na ang prize namin pero deserve ng mga Palaweña na magagaling.” Docto said during a pocket presscon on the same day of her birthday.
As per Raven who is set to compete for Miss Universe Philippines in 2024, she see it as a big investment for her and to her family, no timeline yet regarding the building of her house and in due time she will build her dream house in the awarded lot.
“My mind right now is I’m looking it as an investment, because as of now I don’t have any sources to build the house yet, but I know for a fact this is a dream for my family to build a house.” Doctor said.
PRP is gearing up in becoming a full housing developer, not only in Puerto Princesa but also in other municipality of Palawan, they really aim to target locals who don’t have a house yet, the lowest rate they can offer start in P2,300 monthly amortization.
“Palawan real property is 13 years in the business, ang aming edge is we are local and ang target talaga namin is mga locally employed and yung family taga Palawan talaga, and at the same time yung aming binebentang property ay mura kumpara sa iba, and the same time less hassle wala kaming masyadong requirements as long as magbigay ka lang ng proof of income you can avail na ng property,” Docto added.
To end her birthday celebrations, a special gift giving activity followed in the late afternoon of May 18 at Bahay ni Nanay, an orphanage center in Brgy. Sicsican.
