Christmas season in most occasion is the time in a year, where most everyone share blessings for those who are in need, and that’s the very reason Epetan Charity was born, this is the heart of former high school classmates batch 1996 from Holy Trinity College now a University.
It started in 2018, the group collect funds from their batchmates all over the world and from different places in the Philippines, to be used to buy goods, foods, milk, groceries and a lot more.
But this year 2022, the charity group level up their love giving activity by conducting a Medical, Dental and Optical Mission in cooperation with Philippine Coast Guard District Palawan, Coastguard Medical Clinic, Coastguard Dental Station, Coastguard Nursing Services, Philippine Red Cross Palawan, JCI Puerto Princesa Kiao, Dr. Ezequel Cuadra, Dr. Gibb Almachar, Cong. Edward Hagedorn and Gerry Magbanua Acosta ng Brgy. Napsan.
The activity happens last Dec 9 at Sitio Bubugtong, Purok Pag-Asa of Brgy.Napsan here in Puerto Princesa City. Â There are over 250 Tagbanua indigents receive medical consultation, eye check and free eye glasses, dental operation, free vitamins, medicines and food were also distributed to the residences, in return the community offer some traditional dances and songs.
